Enclosed for your inventory and use are some Part I’s for the Factory+Plus Care Program for your near-new vehicles sold under a manufacturer’s used vehicle certification program. This does not replace any of your current supplies for the other CNA VSC warranties.

Unlike the standard Part I for all the other CNA VSC warranties that require you attach the Part II brochure, this form contains the Part II on back of the Purchaser’s copy.

I am also enclosing the Program Guide for you to insert in the “Procedure Manual” section of your CNA VSC Notebook.
