RE: CNA Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) – Online Access If you are using America Online to access your CNA VSC account information through our website, we ask that you not yet upgrade to the new AOL 7.0 as it is incompatible with CNA’s site. This means that if you upgrade you will not be able to access any of your online capabilities for your CNA VSCs. As soon as CNA has worked out a solution, I will let you know that it is safe to upgrade. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call at 813.223.0085, extension 21.
