RE: Florida Approved – Tire & Wheel Program (InTire®)

Since January of 2001, the Continental-National/IAS InTire® program has quintupled in production. The consumer awareness of tires and wheels has dramatically increased due to the Firestone incident. Plus, just about every federal road is under construction or has just been worked on recently leaving debris on the road.

Many car dealers now are back in the retail tire business due to factory volume discounts, etc. These dealers are looking for ways to make their customers aware of the fact that they are in the tire business. InTire® creates this “tie-back”, plus it makes dealers about a $180 commission. (Florida filed and approved retail is $249.00.)

This program is filed under Section 634, Florida Insurance Statutes, and is approved as a Vehicle Service Contract. Therefore, it is fully compliant in the state of Florida.
