RE: Vehicle Protection Products - Recently Enacted Florida Law Sb2102

As you are aware, the Florida Department of Insurance (FDOI) enacted a new law (Sb2102) governing the sales of Vehicle Protection Products.

To date, our First Extended (FL Lic. #60096) Theft Avert® Etch and 3M Phantom Footprints product is the only program Approved (see attached) by the FDOI.

If you are not currently writing our Vehicle Protection Products, please feel free to give me a call at 813.223.0085 (ext. 25) or Laura (ext. 21) to discuss converting your dealership to our Theft Avert® and/or 3M Phantom Footprints program.
