RE: Fireman's Fund/WG Vehicle Service Contract No Chargeback Program Changes

There have been new eligibility guidelines set in place for the No-Chargeback Program "NCB" that will become effective August 1, 2002. In order for you to be on the "NCB", please sign the enclosed new "NCB" Addendum and return to me no later than July 31, 2002. The "NCB" fee will remain the same. The changes are as follows:
