RE: IAS/Hartford GAP - Cancellation Refunds

I have been advised by IAS, the administrator for the Hartford GAP program, that all cancellation refunds can be mailed back to the dealership - rather than the lienholder.

However, to institute this change, I need a letter on dealership letterhead stating that the dealership will take responsibility for refunding the lienholder if IAS sends the refund directly to the dealership.

If you wish to begin receiving the refunds directly to combine with your portion of the refund, please either mail or fax your letter to my attention and I will forward your request.
