RE: GE Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Cancellation Calculation


GE is continually striving to make our processes as easy as possible for you to use. They have upgraded their phone Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system to give you quicker, automated vehicle service contract cancellation refund percentages. The current cancellation process uses a months-lapsed calculation. GE is moving to number of days-lapsed to calculate the return due to the customer.

Because GE is integrating this new process directly with their internal systems, they ask that you use their toll free IVR system exclusively. Here's the advantage to you:

  • No need to manually calculate the percentage refund
  • Eliminates mistakes in refund calculations
  • System available 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST*, except Sundays
  • Only dealers and agents can access system
    (Occasionally, system may be inaccessible for maintenance reasons)

The IVR Cancellation System is now active. Simply call 800-322-3933 and follow the prompts for information required to obtain the cancellation percentage.
