RE: GE Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Cancellation Calculator

GE is continually striving to make processes as easy as possible for you to use. They have upgraded their phone Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system to give you quicker, automated VSC cancellation refund percentages. The new cancellation process uses a "number of days-lapsed" to calculate the return due the customer.

To use the IVR Cancellation System, simply call 800.322.3933 and follow the prompts for information required to obtain the cancellation percentage.

Here are some of the advantages for you:

• No need to manually calculate the percentage refund.
• Eliminates mistakes in refund calculations.
• System is available 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday-Saturday.
• Only dealers and agents can access the system.
